Drawing on over 19 years of architectural excellence, this session provides an analytical deep dive into the strategic frameworks required to execute highly successful, community-focused projects. Attendees will explore the pivotal role of collaborative design methodologies, examining how deeply integrated teamwork between architects, clients, and Allied professionals directly correlates with elevated design outcomes.
The session will utilize qualitative case studies from some of Nevada’s most notable recent developments, including The Beverly Theater, UNLV Hospitality Hall, and the Nevada State University Glenn and Ande Christenson School of Education. By analyzing these complex projects, participants will gain actionable insights into navigating stakeholder requirements, optimizing educational and public spaces, and driving design innovation. Furthermore, the discussion will highlight the leadership trajectories necessary to thrive in modern practice, drawing on Michele’s recognition as the 2020 AIA Nevada Young Architect and 2021 AIA10 Western Mountain Region Young Architect.
