Centered around this year’s theme, The Power of the Pivot, the program explores moments of change and transformation — how women across architecture, engineering, construction, development, and design have adapted, shifted direction, and embraced new opportunities throughout their careers.
Through keynote reflections and a dynamic panel discussion, attendees will hear powerful stories of resilience, leadership, reinvention, and growth.
