Drawing on over 19 years of architectural excellence\, this session provides an analytical deep dive into the strategic frameworks required to execute highly successful\, community-focused projects. Attendees will explore the pivotal role of collaborative design methodologies\, examining how deeply integrated teamwork between architects\, clients\, and Allied professionals directly correlates with elevated design outcomes. \nThe session will utilize qualitative case studies from some of Nevada’s most notable recent developments\, including The Beverly Theater\, UNLV Hospitality Hall\, and the Nevada State University Glenn and Ande Christenson School of Education. By analyzing these complex projects\, participants will gain actionable insights into navigating stakeholder requirements\, optimizing educational and public spaces\, and driving design innovation.
